Competition Rules

  1. The competition start date is March 15th 2010. We will inform winners by April 30th 2010.
  2. The competition is only open to residents of the UK and Eire, sorry. Employees of Minimix, their agencies, family members and anyone connected with the competition may not enter.
  3. By entering entrants accept and are bound by the rules.
  4. All entry instructions form part of these rules.
  5. Entry to the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
  6. Only one entry per person.
  7. The decision of the Animates team is final and no correspondence will be entered into i.e. no arguing, please!
  8. Only correct entries received by the closing date will be entered into the competition.
  9. The winning correct entry shall be drawn at random.
  10. The winner will be notified by e-mail.
  11. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
  12. In the event of the prize being unavailable Minimix reserves the right to substitute a prize of a similar nature or value.
  13. By entering this promotion, you consent to the use of your information in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy, so please check with your parent or guardian first.
  14. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Promoter, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this promotion to the extent permitted by law.
  15. Minimix reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition where reasonably necessary.
  16. Any attempt made by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such attempt be made, Minimix reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent possible by law.
  17. The competition is governed by the laws of England and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
